UX-DESIgN(student) - SOCIOLOGY - ARTIST
I am born and raised in Sweden in 1985. Wife and mother of three. I finished my Bachelor Science degree in Sociology 2012 from BTH. I am also an artist (Kaylee Design) and paints whenever I get the opportunity.
I am currently studying and majoring in Informatics for my second Bachelor degree, due to a desire to change career path where my creative side as well as my analytical side can prosper. Expected graduation is in spring 2025. Studying Informatics sparked my curiosity and deepend my interest in gaining technical expertise, which led me to pursue QA (QA portfolio) and further explore AI/ML.
I am detail-oriented professional with excellent communication, interpersonal and creative thinking skills. Frequently praised as hardworking by my peers, and I can be relied upon to help your company achieve its goals.
I have a full US work visa in place and are currently attending a part-time UX-design internship at Art for All – NC.

how May i help?
Even though the Interaction program I´m attending offers a deep knowledge and development of specific skills necessary for the whole spectrum of Interaction design, I´ve developed a passion for UX research, such as surveys, interviews, testing and analyzing the data to find the requirements.
I believe my background in Sociology enhances my understanding of human interactions and this is probably why I´m drawn to this specific area within Interaction design.

Studiocamp
This is an real-life project.
Studiocamp.io is an interactive learning platform designed to help users master Ableton Live through hands-on exercises and real-time feedback. The platform aims to transform the traditional tutorial-watching experience into an active learning process, similar to how Duolingo teaches languages or Codecademy teaches coding.
Key Features of Studiocamp:
- Interactive Music Exercises: Users learn music production by completing step-by-step exercises in Ableton Live. This approach helps users apply what they learn immediately, fostering a more engaging and effective learning experience.
- Real-Time Feedback: As users work through the exercises, they receive instant feedback, allowing them to correct mistakes and improve their skills on the spot.
- Beginner-Friendly: Studiocamp is tailored for complete beginners in music production, making it easy to get started even without prior experience. It includes guided tutorials for installing and connecting Ableton Live, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Accessible Learning Path: The platform offers a structured training path where users can unlock new skills one exercise at a time, gradually building their proficiency.
MORE CREATES MORE
This is an real-life project.
More Creates More is a project held by Lasting Innovations. We focused on overcoming barriers to Non-profit organizations (NPOs’) recruitment efforts by creating a digital artifact designed to identify, engage, and recruit volunteers.
NPOs is deeply rooted in local communities and they provide opportunities for individuals to connect with and support their communities. This collaborative effort unites people from diverse backgrounds, promoting a sense of community and solidarity.
Limited resources often characterize NPOs, making volunteers indispensable. This UX research project aims to facilitate volunteer recruitment by NPOs and help individuals find relevant volunteer opportunities through a digital solution developed using participatory design.
The chosen method to collect data through participatory design was future workshops, co-creation workshops and thematic analysis to define requirements for the prototype.
Strenghtlog
The focus of this school project was project management. We planned, executed and presented a project of our own choice. Our group of 4 students decided to conduct a usability test, evaluate and depending on the outcome of the data also redesign a prototype in Figma.
We shared a common interest in the health and fitness world, which led us to study and analyze the free version of the training application Strenghtlog by Styrkelabbet.
